We have extensive knowledge covering all aspects of these services and have completed many large scale industrial and commercial projects.

In most instances, we are awarded contracts as a Mechanical and Electrical package, incorporating all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting and BMS controls.

By offering our services as a package, we become responsible for ensuring the correct application and performance of the combined services, that the works are coordinated efficiently and equipment and plant are installed and commissioned correctly.

Coolex are CORGI registered to undertake all commercial gas installations, pipe work installations and alterations, servicing and equipment maintenance.
