Almost all systems are available as heat-pumps. Heat pumps operate as a reverse cycle to the refrigeration system, and when applied correctly, provide an inexpensive form of space heating. In general, most heat pumps can offer in excess of 3KWs of heating output to 1KW of electrical energy input. With VRV systems offering heat recovery, this ratio can be further improved.

Adequate ventilation should be incorporated within all buildings It is important to have correctly calculated, balanced and controlled ventilation to maintain fresh air input and extract.
