Project:
To replace one of the buildings air cooled chillers with a York 450Kw chiller, incorporating six scroll compressors. The contract included for:

1. Disconnection and removal of the redundant McQuay screw chiller, crane removal of same and replacement with new chiller unit
2. Siting of the replacement York chiller and adaptations to the incoming electrical supplies.
3. Adaptations to existing pipework and valve arrangements and connections to suit new chiller, and then lagged with PIB insulation.
4. Controls adapted to enable the new and existing chiller to be sequenced for lead lag change over, and connection to the existing BMS system.
5. Testing, commissioning and handover.
