Project: Replacement Chiller serving RCC Control Buidling

Scope of Works:

To decommission, strip out and remove one of the existing plant room chillers and associated pumps, pressurisation unit etc and replace with a York YLAE 510 packaged exterior chiller.

To carry out all necessary pipework modifications and extensions, fit necessary valves and strainer and supply and fit new twin pump set and pressurisation unit.

All pipework insulated on completion and covered with PIB weatherproof layer.
